Shipping
Free postage for all UK orders over £100.
We charge a flat rate of £3.95 per order for standard postage across the mainland of United Kingdom.
Large or heavy items are charged at £6.95.
The recent changes to shipping charges due to Brexit means we have had to increase prices to Northern Ireland and other non mainland areas.
Please allow 3 – 10 working days for delivery.
We try to use Hermes or Royal Mail, however if the package is very large or over 2kg, an alternative courier service will be selected. Processing times may vary, depending on how busy we are and whether we need to order your items in for you. On average, our customers receive their orders within 3-7 days. If you have a time constraint, please don’t hesitate to email us to let us know, and we will inform you on the likely time frame of delivery.

A few arts and crafts supplies are ordered in as needed, and some are delivered directly to you from the supplier. This means that occasionally your order may arrive in separate packages.
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item we are not able to supply. We will refund any item that we are not able to supply.
Returns
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit, or exchange. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form.
PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
